Alert levels

	LEVEL 1 Explanation: Highest level alert. Worldwide epidemic of a serious new virus. Examples: Nimda, Loveletter
	LEVEL 2 Explanation: New virus causing large infections. Might be local to a specific region. Examples: Mylife, Klez
	LEVEL 3 Explanation: New virus technique or platform found. Not necessarily in the wild. Examples: Dotnet, Palm/Phage.
	NO NUMBER Explanation: There is no current alert for this virus.
